These terms apply to your use of betelgeuse.studio, the website of Betelgeuse Studio LLC ("we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to them. Our apps and games have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. If you have a question, write to us at hello@betelgeuse.studio.

The short version

  • The content on this site is ours. You are welcome to read it, share links to it and quote it fairly.
  • Our product names and logos are our trademarks. Apple, App Store and Google Play belong to their owners.
  • The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate, but can't promise it is always complete or up to date.

1. Using the website

You may browse the website, share links to its pages and quote short extracts with a link back. Please don't copy or republish its content in bulk, use it in a misleading way, or try to disrupt the site, get around its security or overload it with automated requests.

2. Content ownership

The text, images, graphics, videos, design and code of the website belong to Betelgeuse Studio LLC or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the uses described above, you need our written permission to reuse them.

3. Trademarks

Betelgeuse Studio, Gattr, Rewritr, Pin Pop, Scale It! and Castle Boom, and their logos and icons, are trademarks of Betelgeuse Studio LLC. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.

Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names mentioned on the site (such as the platforms Gattr imports recipes from) are trademarks of their respective owners, and their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

The website links to other sites, such as the App Store and Google Play. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

5. No warranties

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its content is complete or current. Product information on the site, such as features or availability, may change. The app store listings and the apps themselves show what is currently offered.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
