Question 1

Which links can Gattr import?

Accepted Answer

Links from TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest and Facebook, plus most recipe websites and food blogs. Copy the link (or use the Share button and pick Gattr) and paste it into the Import screen.

Question 2

How does Gattr turn a video into a recipe?

Accepted Answer

Gattr reads the post or page behind the link and uses AI to pull out the ingredients and rewrite the steps into a clean recipe card. It takes a few moments, and Gattr can notify you when it's ready.

Question 3

Is Gattr free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan includes 5 recipe imports every month, and everything you import stays in your cookbook. The Unlimited plan lifts the 5-import limit for everyday cooking and unlocks every feature.

Question 4

Can I organize my recipes?

Accepted Answer

Create folders in the Cookbook tab and sort recipes by category, cooking time or rating. You can also edit any recipe, change its photo, and add notes or nutrition info.

Question 5

What is Cooking Mode?

Accepted Answer

A distraction-free, step-by-step view with large text, so you can follow a recipe on the counter without scrolling through a video or a blog post.

Question 6

Does Gattr have a meal planner?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add recipes from your cookbook, or custom meals, to any day of the calendar and see what's coming up at a glance.

Question 7

Which languages does Gattr support?

Accepted Answer

Gattr is available in English, French, Spanish, German and Dutch, and imports recipes in the language you choose.

Question 8

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Profile, then Account Settings, and choose Delete Account. It permanently deletes your account and its data. If it doesn't go through, write to us and we'll delete it for you.
